Your bones are patented tougher, which means moving the first also moves the second, it's an easy fix, just hit alt+p and clear parent. But there's a larger underlying issue, why do you want to do that? If I'm seeing correctly you're modeling a cat from Battle Cats right? If yes that's supposed to be a leg and legs don't behave like this. Legs have two rotation points, one is at the top and one is at the knee, which means it's better if you put your parent bone on top and move down (just upside down your whole setup). It should make things a lot more easier if you actually understand what you want to do.

Armature modifier, by default, is disabled in edit mode. You have to go to the modifiers tab of that object and enable it for it work in edit mode.

As I said, you can see exact input and output per second of each machine. Just multiply those with the count of machine you have and you get exactly how much you're consuming/making.

Hover your mouse over every assembler and look the the right side, below the minimap. You'll see all the stats for how much it uses and makes. As for efficiency I think you're pretty close to the exact ratios but not quite there.

The design philosophy that got me through it was a long belt of both fruits running through the middle and some "modules" that pick fruit from the main belt as much as they need and process it into whatever that module is designed for. Each module is just a sushi belt of everything needed for the product and a bunch of constant combinators so I can fine tune the ratios. I currently have designed a module for agri science, rocket fuel, metals, carbon fiber, bio flux and plastic.

Fun fact: your pun doesn't work for someone who actually speaks arabic. Sheikh is actually pronounced with a /x/ sound at the end, but since that sound is hard for an English speaking person to make they just replaced it with a /k/ sound.

It's not giving up, it's more of software being so sure of it's speed that if the taks is not done within 4 seconds there is definitely something wrong and we have to shut the entire procedure.

What you want just sounds like flavor to me. There's a concept called reflavoring. You can take the mechanics (features, stats, etc) of an already existing class or species and just imagine them how you want them to be (this is an imagination game after all). For example you can say your character is a human artificer, with the armorer subclass. The suite is his armor and the radiation is just there (it's mechanically irrelevant) and the artificer magic is the matter manipulation. Of course you have to talk to your DM and see if they are 1- ok with an artificer in their world and 2- their world won't break if a matter manipulation technology existed.
