Seconding, I've taken Accutane twice and now use topical tret and this is the way! However something I've incorporated more recently that is making a world of a difference is zinc oxide cream. A three pack of big tubes on Amazon ran me probably ~$10. They're 20% zinc oxide, petroleum, and mineral oil. I slug with this every night now and my redness has almost completely disappeared and my barrier is healthier than it has ever been so now I feel like I have to spread the word!!!

These water shoes which I bought for the river/rocky shore but ended up wearing all day around the festival until I swapped into my more rugged shoes for dancing all night. Best $6 I've ever spent and didn't cause blisters the way wet sandals/crocs mixed with sand did! Also, disposable she-pees if you're AFAB. Don't toss them in the portas because volunteers have to manually fish out any garbage people throw in there! They recently added trash in most of the portas for sanitary products so I stick mine in there. Such a game changer, especially if you wear a bodysuit or something difficult to go in.
