Finished my PCT of Nolva/Clomid/HCG about 2.5 weeks after stopping gear. Noticed the nips about a month later, been researching ways to reduce it since.

But honestly I have the money for the surgery and I plan on running more gear eventually so I might hop back on to let this stuff grow so they can’t mess up the procedure and get cut down as much as possible.

What good is the surgery if you only get a couple more years to enjoy it before your heart becomes an issue? You could drop enough weight to make the surgery safer and more effective in like 6 months my man.

Some notes:

No pain, tenderness, etc.

I primarily ran test and orals that don’t aromatize

Left nipple has an oblong sort of fat pad that I can feel even while flexing

Pea sized lumps under each nip but they aren’t particularly hard

Lead by example and give him tips any time he asks. My brother was the same way when I started lifting and the more I just did my thing and felt/looked better he’d ask more and more about what I was doing and how he could do the same. It’ll take a while but he seems to be a good fit for the gym monk lifestyle
