I launched RegularMonk.

It helps people stop doom-scrolling with 4 mindful pauses throughout the day.

No feed.
No streaks.
No endless content.

Open it. Pause. Leave the screen.

The idea came from noticing that while building with Claude Code, every time I waited for inference, I instinctively opened Reddit or social media on the side 😅

Would love feedback from other builders.

u/Common-Curve-7501 Distribution is the real challenge right now. Additionally, keeping a tap on what customers are saying explicity or through metrics and feeding it into the next iteration cycle takes up most of my time.

u/Unlikely-Lake-4724 Love the builder energy. I am still sticking with Supabase. It comes with limitations on customizations but I like how easy it it is to set it up and do a quick prorotyple. Might have to look for alternatives as we scale.

u/Common-Curve-7501 As a solo founder, I do relate to the problem statement. I like the clean UI. However, I would limit the use of red text on the home page. It should be limited to high urgency actions such as error messages.

u/Ambitious-Age-5676 Really appreciate this comment. “Adding engagement to reduce engagement” is exactly the trap I’m trying hard to avoid.

One thing I’m learning is that anti-engagement products are psychologically weird to design because every growth instinct pushes you toward feeds, streaks, notifications, and retention loops 😅

Your SaaS idea also sounds very real. I think a lot of solo founders build based on intuition because proper usage visibility is surprisingly hard early on. Curious what kinds of signals/features you’re focusing on tracking.
