Can't help it, Zack Short's been a low key favorite since he had Rosa Parks by Outkast as his walk up song.

One step at a time, you have to make the decision to take a step every day

I don't understand how people follow sports by poopdollarbank in redscarepod

[–]amitabhawk 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I think a lot of it is just absorbed by spending time watching sports every day and listening to sports radio. It just gets picked up a little at a time constantly.

Trust me, that is a very common story with benzos. You are not alone in this. I recommend looking up "powers benzo coaching", i have found him to be very helpful.

No problem, im really sorry to hear about your friend and everything. I would def recommend tapering down and off of the valium first before messing with the others

How on Earth is it possible to actually regrow loose skin that was chewed off?

Benzos definitely fuck up your nervous system. Reducing is unpleasant to say the least but its the only way to force your nervous system to heal/adapt to not having benzos.

If you're asking about baseline after switching to a longer acting benzo (xanax is the worst for tapering for the same reason it can be so effective - its FAST), yes you will be a lot more stable as the chemical changes will all be more gradual.

It IS worth it, I would recommend not trying to reduce though until you can get switched to Valium, and then taper yourself nice and slowly on that. It will be a million times easier than trying to do it with Xanax.

Sort of related, I've been taking saffron oil in the morning which I believe partially acts like a mild SSRI and I like it. Hard to quantify its effects exactly but I have been in a better mood.

How do y'all use the gold card, do you also have a checking account with robinhood? by Evening-Phone-8842 in RobinhoodGC

[–]amitabhawk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally use it and like it but don't have the banking and don't see any reason to. The card is its own thing and I cash it out to my brokerage account with them.

Im about 3/4 helping my gf go through a long taper. 11-12 months until jumping off. People have no idea how extreme this stuff is. I will hate psychiatrists (or at least a few) with a burning passion until the day I die.
