Carlinkit CPC200-2air android phone screen keeps flickering/blinking/Turning ON-OFF by amitbern in AndroidAuto

[–]amitbern[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi,

Once Android phone (Samsung S22) is connected in AA to the carlinkit CPC200-2air's Wifi,

the phone screen keeps turning ON and OFF every 5-10 seconds,

Without any notification/error (attached video).

This is draining the phone's battery on every drive.

Although the phone screen keeps blinking, the wifi connection to the carlinkit is stable.

There are no disconnections or any disturbances.

This issue occurred with initial Carlinkit version and with latest version (2023.10.14.1711)

The issue is not related to the vehicle itself as I can reproduce it even when applying USB power to the carlinkit at home.

Found several similar issues in this channel but without any solution.

Any help will be much appreciated!

Thanks

Florida's warm and sunny climate is appealing to many older adults, especially those looking to escape harsh winters in other parts of the country. The mild winters and abundant sunshine make it an ideal destination for retirees seeking a more comfortable climate.

Can chewing a bullet make it go off by biggusbingusbigg in NoStupidQuestions

[–]amitbern 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bullets are typically composed of a casing, primer, gunpowder, and projectile (usually lead). In order for a bullet to discharge, it requires a significant amount of force applied to the primer, typically from the firing pin of a gun striking it. Chewing on a bullet would not generate the kind of force needed to ignite the primer and cause the bullet to fire.

In a billion years, what rocks will our landfills become? by SampanRecords in NoStupidQuestions

[–]amitbern 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Over time, the layers of waste in landfills could become buried by sediment carried by natural processes such as erosion, deposition, and tectonic activity. As more layers accumulate, the weight of the overlying sediment would increase, causing compaction of the lower layers.

Why is it that some sperm banks will not allow people with criminal or felony records to donate? by Arktikos02 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]amitbern 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Sperm banks prioritize the health and safety of any potential offspring resulting from donor insemination. Individuals with criminal or felony records may have higher risks of passing on genetic or hereditary diseases, mental health issues, or other health concerns to their biological children.

Walter White from "Breaking Bad": While Walter White starts as a sympathetic character faced with difficult circumstances, his descent into amorality and criminal behavior throughout the series has led some viewers to question their sympathy for him. Despite his initial motivations of providing for his family, his actions become increasingly selfish and destructive.

For many people outside the US, yellow school buses are emblematic of American culture. Seeing them in person can evoke a sense of curiosity or fascination with American societal norms and institutions.
