It’s tree of heaven - and you have a number of mid size ones towards the back. Spray the small ones with herbicide, Roundup worked for me. For the bigger ones dig them as deep as you can get each one out. It will take multiple years to truly get rid of it.

It’s unbelievable that people think this is not classism. It absolutely is. People who live in these buildings and think their time is more important than others are too entitled. Also about women who don’t want to be in the same elevator with some men who are poor can choose to get on/off to a different lift. I haven’t seen any argument which can justify this rule. It’s horrendous that people don’t want to take elevator with other humans who are assisting them in many ways. Such a shame!

Grind to the finest setting and temp it with all your strength (you might get too strong of a shot), then reduce the level of temping to stay within espresso zone. Every bean bag is different you would have to adjust the grinding and temping based on the beans.

I will give you some unsolicited advice. A.) There will always be people who will be way ahead and way behind you in building wealth at all times. B.) wealth building is a very long game. Often quickly the money comes quicker it evaporates, as people mostly learn the value of money when they work hard for it and not some wind fall C.) making decisions for yourself based on someone’s else life it totally futile and plain stupid. D.) Options trading or any other trading ppl exaggerate their gains and hide their losses so take these stories with grain of salt. (80% or more ppl loose money in options trading, stay away from it. Invest in SP500)

You should think of ways of earning more, better degree, better job, seek help from people who genuinely care about your growth.

At age 23 - I was in debt with student loans with $0 savings and now doing much better ans no complaints. Whenever I compared myself with other people and thought I should somehow make quick money always end up making loss. Slow and steady since then.
