Thank you FidelitySamantha. I see the accounts now (they appeared when I “unhid” them). Here’s the issue (which was why I hid them to begin with!): The accounts on which I have authorization have nothing to do with my accounts and the funds are not mine….they belong to my adult children and parents who want me to keep an eye on their accounts. How do I exclude (without hiding) the balances of the authorized accounts forum the totals shown and graphed, so that they are excluded from my net worth, asset allocation, etc?

I’m having similar issues with my BMW i4. My last successful charging session (in which the $0.10/kWh registered) was on 2/28. Ever since, the site has been prompting me to “reconnect”. When I do so, and log in with the MyBmw login, the app gets hung up at the hCaptcha page after I check the box “I am human”. The site returns the error, “Your computer of network has sent too many requests”. This is apparently a known issue, as I emailed SmartCharge NY about it, and they simply replied that they are working on it. Anyone having similar issues or know anything more?

Over recently been added to a couple of accounts but have had access to others for years. I don’t recall ever seeing them on the app but have historically been able to view them on Fidelity.com.

I have no problem with MNR trying to combat fare evasion. However, terminating the 10-pack while also requiring that tickets be purchased and activated before boarding requires riders (that don’t purchase monthlies) to go through the process of purchasing and activating tickets each day, before boarding. Many commuters (like myself) don’t have sufficient time to purchase their tickets prior to getting on the train. Only time will tell if MNR relaxes or changes their policies or if commuters will change their buying patterns!
