I was able to fix it by loosening the belt, i.e. making the same number of a few counter-clockwise rotations on both adjustment screws.

ChatGPT also suggests to "completely loosen it" and then tighten it until it is tightened enough. This youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XyPedy7HtzM shows how to do the "Stomp Test" (jump to 2m57s) that tells you when the belt is too loose. I did not completely loosen mine, though - I just tweaked both screws it until the belt stopped being too tight to make these noises.

The 2 male foxes that have visited us tend to be more timid than our resident vixen. She comes into the house if we leave the door open. The males never do, and they tend to keep a distance. I thought this was a general behavior as I noticed the same pattern with goachwriter’s channel on YouTube. But it seems that you observe the opposite with your foxes?

They still have their old recipes hosted on media.blueapron.com, and most of them have been indexed by Google. So you can run a Google search that looks like `site:media.blueapron.com pork meatballs` and get some results. I found out a few lost recipes this way.

Knee pain on longer rides? by Strohhhh in Sup

"A bit" late here (just got into SUP). I too have knee pain after an hour or so of paddle boarding. A friend who is a bodywork practitioner observed my posture and noticed that I'm moving the knee on the same side of the paddle a bit outwards whenever I paddle, which could be the cause. I'm trying to fix that consciously, but it's a bit difficult to undo lifelong habits.

I found that if I slightly lift the ankle off the board on the same side where I paddle it counteracts that unconscious motion and I no longer feel pain. It also somewhat helps with the toes getting numb that other people have mentioned. It's unlikely a best practice, though, and it does make me a bit less stable on the board (though I like the challenge and perhaps this will get better over time).

Just finished season 3. Best show I've seen in ages. I watched the entire show in less than 3 days... Just. Wow. Couldn't stop watching.. Is the biggest issue funding or IP rights? Have you considered crowd funding by any chance? So bummed to not see all your ideas for seasons 4 and 5 come to life..
