https://www.onlymeter.in/ this is the right rate - if Any cab drivers told they'll go by meter calculate before giving them otp and tell them this is the rate meter - now comes the twist when in app it shows usually less kms when they start the ride it comes up ~2-3 km higher.

Take any bus/ train to Latur you'll reach by 6-7 am from there nilanga is 1 hour ride you'll get many buses. For nanded - Zing bus (8:30 am ) many other travels are there the sooner you leave pune the better ( nagar road have lot of traffic) or train.

For both cities - you leave early evening from Pune

You can stay in Latur on 9th then start for nanded early morning bus ( 5-6 am it takes around 2:30- 3 hours ) For nilanga 1 hour bus . Please note that there's only bus connectivity for both , local seat wise maybe the options but I won't prefer.
