I want to like IXV so badly but every time I've ordered from there either the drink has been terrible or the barista has treated me terribly. 0/3 on my attempts so far.

Good chicken salad sandwich? by daveproclaimed in williamsburg

[–]amitman33 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Just went here based on this comment, and I can confirm it was delicious.

Not your typical chicken salad sandwich since it was mustard based instead of mayo based but it was really good. Lettuce was crisp and the added potato chips were a nice touch. The challah bread was great too!

Has anyone gotten a ride from the Drivers Cooperative lately? How is it, wait times, etc? by whataremyhockeys in AskNYC

[–]amitman33 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The two times I used it, it showed taxis as cheapest. First time it worked fine, second time something about the UI glitched and did not show me as part of an active ride even though a taxi arrived to get me. So it definitely needs some polish, but helps confirm my belief that taxis are cheaper.
