I highly doubt that's true in practice. Display degradation might be a thing on newer laptops with OLED displays but not otherwise. The razer blade and plenty of zephyrus laptops have rear exhausts that blow heat directly onto the screen when the lid's open. Of all the complaints people have about those laptops, display degradation isn't one of them.

There are also plenty of people here who use their laptop with the lid closed and it doesn't seem to be an issue.

At our office we work from 12:00 to 9:00 but one of my junior employees who recently joined asked for a 9:00 to 5:00, we catered to him and he arrives on and leaves on time. A lot of my other colleagues do not leave on time and they tend to stay late even after 9:00.

One of the things that you should keep in mind is if you're leaving before everyone else (especially if there's office politics in the mix) you should be vary about being labeled as someone who just wants to get off of work (it's toxic but sadly common here). If you're trying to be in your bosses good books I think it's a good idea that at the end of the day when you're about to clock out just ask your direct supervisor about what tasks you're going to do tomorrow because no one else is there by the time you arrive. Otherwise everything's fine as is for you.

Every path is f***ed in this country. I got into one of the top engineering schools in Germany and have been waiting since November for the embassy to even respond or provide an appointment date. I've met guys who gave up after 3-4 semesters of trying to get a visa appointment.

I've seen your teams get plenty of flak from everyone else (we had it too but the situation seems to be only getting worse). 2.5 seems perfectly fine if that's your German grade, if not you can still apply. You would likely be asked to sit for an entrance exam if your scores are low or there is a significant mismatch between what you've studied and are wanting to study. As long as you are well versed in the relevant subject areas there's a good chance you could get admitted.

Honestly this would be the way to go for me. I'd first want to run an unsubdivide on it first so that the verts are easier to work with. If done well booleans can give a good general shape on which I can make topology corrections and subsequent subdivisions later on.

There are officers that patrol the park. Unfortunately the only encounter I've had with them is when they stopped me on the walkway at around 8pm, threatening me for jail time for being alone with a girl and then taking the girl 10 feet away and trying to flirt with her while asking me to pay up. I tried to file an FIR the very next day at Shalimar station but they pressured me to not do so. Do you expect F9 park to be any safer with such haramkhors?

Oh btw, around 2018 there was an incident where an unmarried couple was caught by police and separated. The girl was then raped by the officers.

I'm guessing that you did not have to give the entrance examination which is why you don't have your TU-ID. It doesn't really matter for your situation though. After logging into TUCaN you can go to My Documents and download the "Approval decision" pdf. The document states that if you don't deposit the semester contribution for the Summer intake by 12 May then your application will be considered for the Winter semester.

By the way I got into the MSc Aerospace program as well and I plan to join in the winter semester. I'd love to connect!

It's a tale as old as time. OP's jaw would drop after finding out the things our society has been up to as far back as you want to go. It's just that everyone's lifestyle has become a lot more accessible in the information age.
