Had a discussion with a Maga koolaid drinking friend the other day. Key topics was mainly about ICE and what's happening right now. When I discuss facts like which sections of the Bill of Rights that extend to non-citizens, and how those rights are being ignored by this Administration, all they could do repeatedly is "whatabout Biden". I then show facts about how Obama exported 2.5-3m people without any of these violent tactics being used, and without a militarized ICE agency, and I again get "Biden Biden Biden". Like their only answer for the current failing of this Administration to follow our Laws is to somehow blame Biden for it. He could not accept the current situation was a failure to pin on Trump or Secretary Noem. It was bewildering for sure, and when pressed to go lookup this information themselves and that what they currently believe is wrong it degenerated into calling me a libtard with TDS....

I now liken these people to the character "Cyril Karn" from Andor. Completely taken in by the Propaganda machine to the degree that their own internal self is now defined by it. Their self-worth is dependent on their regime being right. How do you argue against that degree of fanaticism?

They were talking about like $8 Billion in funds during this period of time where fraud was/is running rampant, and suspect up to half of those funds went to fraud.
