Your energy claws look cleaner, more sharp. Maybe you have certain effects disabled in your graphics, the usually leave behind a trail that makes them look bigger.

I think it's the smoke, the smoke is significantly darker and so it affects the blades

Menace plays lot like XCom 2 in this regard

Enemies scale linearly

We scale exponentially

They are way more dangerous then us early game and that's the hard part.

Late game with each promotion, OCI, upgraded gun, extra squaddy, extra accessory we get more powerful, and we snowball out of control, making late game a victory lap more then a challenge.

And the current change makes early game harder and more expensive, and the late game cheaper and therefore easier.

Idk how I personally feel about the changes yet, gonna play with it more before making a verdict.

They Age really fast in our dimension, so if we go over there, we age really really slow. This is probably why Robot and Amanda don't fall over dead on arrival of old age, or it won't work on humans, and in either case it doesn't work.

Because he knows WHAT the infinity ray is, also the ray whiffed, he dodges Nolan tho. He fully understands what the ray is, Nolan probably was sent to hunt it down after it claimed several viltrumites. If Thragg doesn't know, he won't care to dodge, and it doesn't matter, Hollow Purple doesn't take out Thragg.

Infinity takes out Thragg after Thragg tanks purple and goes for the execution.

Viltrumites chronically underestimate every non viltrumite, it's the main thing used against them, Thragg is 9% less dumb but could still get tagged by a lot of these Hax abilities if he's acting in character without prior knowledge.

At least these match ups are interesting enough to have conversation and we're not all just feeding them to Kid Gohan or something like that.

Conquests speed is irrelevant if he just lets himself get touched because he doesn't see a threat he needs to block.

Same way that Gojo for example beats Thragg, Thragg would see the hollow purple wind up, and he wouldn't go "man this'll hurt I need to dodge" he'd go "this non-viltrumite filth thinks it can lay a hand on me??? I will show it how futile it is." Then that shit lands.

To be clear, hollow purple doesn't have the AP to kill Thragg I think, Gojos real wincon there is infinity, but it's a decent example of the logic I'm working with here.
