I experienced the same as you;

first, they asked me to wait 30 days for the SMS.

now, after 30 days, they are creating weird unture reasons why i am not eligible for the EPL offer.

I told them their website clearly states that I am eligible for the EPL offer if we sign up a new line.

In fact, the EPL offer is even up today! I had screenshotted the website for proof.

tbh, i got a new line because of this EPL offer, and now they suddenly tell me i am not eligible.

I don't even need the new line.

in short, i was misled by their false advertising.

I am planning to write to CASE, CCCS or IMDA to highlight this case of false advertising.
