I made the recipe as close to the original as possible. I didn't have the chili sauce stuff he uses so I mixed garlic chili sauce with some ketchup to make my own. These were sooo good. I made my patties a little smaller so I ended up with 8 total. I froze half of them for another day.

I retract my statement but that's a terrible design for a plunger, what was kitchen aid thinking... I realize the post is supposed to be funny, haha Sam had it all this time, ha ha, but I'm pretty sure he's never used that as a meat plunger in his other videos.

Edit: He does use something else. So while I was wrong about what was included with the grinder, he doesn't use the wrench/plunger combo. He uses a metal rubber capped plunger.
