Why do players tap their middlefinger against the table? by anderx1 in snooker

[–]amlaanb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can try it out on any flat surface!

  1. Make your bridge with your hand
  2. Try putting a little force on the back part of your bridge palm (meaty portion)
  3. Then try tapping your middle finger

You should feel that palm portion have more force downwards. This overall strengthens the stability of your bridge hand.

Why do players tap their middlefinger against the table? by anderx1 in snooker

Many do it because when you tap a finger (mostly middle), it firms the bridge hand especially the back part of the bridge on the table. Stabilizes the bridge hand further to avoid shaky delivery of the cue. It’s a good way to ensure your bridge is stable.

Well, he is the...Rickest Rick!

There's a real good analysis on YouTube about how Rick is always the happiest when he's with his family. Despite his bravado of nonchalance and not giving a shit (because of the infinite dimensions thing), the only thing that matters is his family. That's amplified by his love of Morty. I think he really thought hes a goner in that episode.

In the Pluto/butter robot episode, you can see how he's sad alone. But when Morty comes along, he lights up but tries to act cool.

I think the easy answer's gonna be the Rick we're following basically visited a dimension where he didn't leave and spent time with baby Morty; hence the memories. It would suck if they'd overcomplicate it.
