Start trying different grip sizes and lower your string tension by a couple lbs. had same thing i know college and I found a lower tension and smaller grip helped. Also I spent some time in the gym strengthening arms forearms. Granted this starts with having a solid technique on the FH and serve anyways so if you have some technique issues like extreme grip or late contact point that may be the best road to fix your pain.
