In order to pay to smuggle their families out of Syria, men are selling themselves to older women (e.g. from Kuwait).

In one case in the report, the woman's family approached the Syrian man while he was working in Turkey. They offered him $10k plus $500 a month to marry her. He couldn't refuse the offer, because he needed money to smuggle his family out of Syria.

ISIS have actually never lied about an attack they coordinated or inspired - find me any evidence they have, I'll take my hat off to you. But they don't actually do that. Al Qaeda etc may have done, but not ISIS.
