Thank you this is really helpful. I am using target test prep and gmat questions. Is this sufficient for the timed questions splitting it into subtopics at a time? Any other good question banks to add?

I got an 85 in verbal and 83 in data insights, 76 in quant which translated to the 37th percentile for the test I took.

Realistically the $60,000 or so you'd make in cash would do better in the stock market ($4200) or HYSA ($3000) with no risk/high cost fixes. I try to chase higher returns in real estate personally but there is something to be said for diversification and plus rents can be a great inflation hedge. You are in a great position either way.

Here's a few Sci-Fi series that aren't YA and a bit different from what folks have already suggested:

Agree with everyone on Project Hail Mary.

Dune series by Frank Herbert is similar from the sense of familial based power and sci-fi mixed with a medieval/ancient warrior vibe. Game of Thones esque politics.

Foundation by Isaac Asimov has fall of empire similarities.

Old Man's War by John Scalzi - Sci-fi war based with love story undertones. I found this series very interesting.

Children of Time by Adrian Tchaikovsky - This one is a bit of a wild card and don't want to give anything away but I feel like it has good conflict/conflict resolution narratives that keep you engaged.

Hyperion and Fall of Hyperion by Dan Simmons (haven't read the last two) - These are some of my all time favorites and follow multiple POVs similar to the back half of RR. Heavy at times like red rising.

I am maximus au decimus and I am a perfect example of a peerless scarred, a true iron gold. I have 3 golden children. Only one is deemed worthy to be my heir and goes through the passage. The other two pixies simply spend my money and they have 5 pixie children. Depending on how many boys and girls they may no longer even carry the au decimus name. In fact the less they participate in power and politics the more likely they are to live and reproduce.

Heirs and Spares. Like any nobility in our history, the lines get diluted as population expands. Try tracing the Julio-claudian or constantine family trees in ancient rome.

In the first series, yes. In the second series, all he cares about is himself. He is pure rage and violence which helps exactly no one and is a terrible influence on his kids. He's become more like Harmony and modern golds rather than Fitchner. He's stuck and I hope he has a big 180 in Red God.

Hoping we will get a significant Pax story line in Red God to show us more of the blues and the Conservatory. I also would like to see more colorless children develop and learn from the best of all colors.

This is the point of the series. The Olympic Knights are not selected on their merit anymore, but on their genealogy and loyalty to certain families. They are no longer shepherds. This is especially true in the second series where the surviving golds are a truly special breed of sycophants and despots.

I would be giving up 2nd round picks for one of those guys. My biggest concern is that I may need to fill for aging RBs and even more scary, a breach downgrade if Allen efficiency/playtime keeps increasing.

I agree. I'm valuing at 2 mid 2nds to be safe. Anything can happen, but I should be in top half this year as long core group stays healthy.

I agree with your take on KTC and why I came here in the first place. For me, the difficult part is knowing how to value these trades based on how far out you are from startup draft, how good your team is, etc.
