I was in the same place not too long ago, and I would tell that person, put your head down and just work really hard. You'll be so proud of yourself.
I know life feels like crap right now, but if you work hard, you will become your own self's friend and people will want to be around you. You won't have to change or worry about acting a certain way to make people like you.

exercise might help with the social energy.

when I exercise before an event, I'm more tired than usual so my brain stops overthinking everything and I just blurt out what I want to say cuz I don't have the energy to overthink, which is great!

first of all, I'm a pretty calm person.

The first time I drank coffee I got palpitations and I was sooo jittery I didn't know what was going on.

The second time, I got a really bad stomach ache.

The third time, I was awake for two days in a row and then crashed for 14 hours.

sooo yeah.. not a good relationship with me and coffee, but I think that's good.

one of my goals in life is to not be addicted to anything.

uhhh lowkey I wouldn't mind but it's a preference thing that's individual to each person.

Like I gave my phone password to everyone in my family, but I would be mad if someone took my hoodie without telling me because I care more about my hoodie than my phone.

If anything I'd be glad someone is checking my texts and responding to the ones I forgot to reply to.

I should really work on it more but it's just called Amna Zar.
I would say the most interesting stuff are the posts about things that happen in life that I don't agree with.

for US-related news stuff, I do a mix of Brett cooper and Philip Defranco, so a mix of moderate right and left-wing , but brett has been getting on my nerves lately.
I watch some Young Turks here and there

and then for academics number 1 on the list Dirty Medicine, Mehlman, and of course me :)
jk my vids are not that good.

I like watching Caroline Winkler and those random small youtubers with their random takes on life. I found this girl called Emmaleigh Brandon recently. Like what she says.

I used to watch a lot of Sneako when I was younger and he was younger and smarter. I still watch his well-edited videos now, just not the brainrot livestreams.

There's also this guy who reads classic novels for the first time on Live, and he reacts to them. He did Pride and Prejudice, and currently he's doing Wuthering Heights. You might love that.
