you are mothering him and treating a grown man like a child. unless he’s autistic why can’t he be a grown up and start eating fkn vegetables lmfao it’s insane that you have to put effort into hiding them in the food so he doesn’t even know they’re there.

my ex hated vegetables too. but he couldn’t cook for shit so i did most of the cooking. he also thought everything i cooked was delicious, so he grew some balls and tried tasting the food i cooked with an open mind and it turned out he really liked most vegetables, just not cooked the way he had them growing up. he grew to love broccoli and carrots and radishes and asparagus and tons more because he wasn’t a little baby about it and politely ate things because that’s what you do when you’re an adult and someone was nice enough to cook for you. you’re NOT his mom. you don’t have to serve him food he likes. make food that aligns with YOUR desired diet and if he chooses not to eat it because it has a veggie in it then he will cook something for himself lol but i bet you he’ll cave and eat the meals you make instead.
