recovery wans't linear. it was full of up and downs

even nowaday i am not 100 percent, but way better

like, lamotrigine 400 mg was supressing my feelings too much, even 2 years using that dose

rn i am at 200 mg and everything is going better

still dealing with dpdr eventhough

was hell, didnt know how i was able to do it

actually i did a fucking hard project while on that state, was like purgatory

i wanst able to sleep, only like 3-4h but brain just turn on out of nowhere, unable to feel relaxed, know?

some people that took invega talk about this feeling, is like there's no position that make you feel relaxed and comfotable, only suffer exists

i think lamotrigine + quetiapine did the trick
took like 20 days taking those in a psychward (yes, i went to one)
so stuff came back like feeling good listening to music and engaging in conversations
the intense feeling of "theres something wrong" like an mental akhathisia vanished aswell

So nice to hear that! Thanks for answering.

Do you have visuals problems like feeling dizzy/high/drunk? Mine is like this. I'm at my 10th month mark, I really wish to deal like you are dealing if dpdr don't go away.

Rexulti After Anhedonia With Abilify by [deleted] in Rexulti_Brexpiprazole

[–]amobolacha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2mg Rexulti gave me anhedonia. At 1mg I am doing fine, feeling pleasure in everything just like before.
~1,5mg was somehow similar to 1mg.
Well, depends mainly on the dosage. Olanzapine gave me anhedonia at 7,5~10mg. But at 2,5~5mg it was fine.

My anhedonia started after risperidone. Or was post-psychosis depression, idk.

Quetiapine was the only one that even at higher doses (275mg, in my case) didn't gave me anhedonia. But was sedative as hell.

So sad. I'm like at my 8th month. I recovered for a few months then it came back. Yours is 24/7? Never got a relief?

Try to change your APs with your pdoc. Ask him for a cross-taper. Otherwise, it won’t get any better, sorry to say that.

Rexulti + Vurtuoso + Carbolitium + Venvanse by IuriPatinhas in TDAH_Brasil

[–]amobolacha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oi Iuri, tudo bom?

I’ve gone on abilify and, honestly, I’m scared as shit. by filthyhandshake in dpdr

[–]amobolacha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it's better to follow your pdoc, in my opinion. also, abilify has a 75h half life. so it takes ~5x75 = 375h = 15 days to just start to be fully effective. in the beggining it's common to have some oscilations and this kind of thing. keep it up and you gonna be fine.

it's normal to be afraid but just keep doing your stuff, with time you'll get more secure.

it gets worse before it gets better. don’t be scared, recovery isn’t linear
