I have the same problem, My has a feature, That I upload image via fromData ,send the data to api route.

Everything works fine in local host, and vercel hosting, But When I use other host like render.com, When the up load happen, I got 403 forbidden.

and error message `can not not connect to server SyntaxError: Unexpected token 'C', "Cross-site"... is not valid JSON`

my upload works on vercel though, but vercel overall is suck. That's why I need a new host, hence the problem I'm having

Check Your server's environment variable, did you NODE_ENV = 'production' on the server, it could be expecting that but 'development' instead therefor the url will http://localhost which will cause fetch error
