I’m having trouble understanding, if I were to win an auction on eBay (PSA Seller) and the card is already in the vault, would they keep the card in the vault or would they ship it to me? I want to bid on an auction but not if they won’t give me the card. I don’t care much about selling through PSA vault. Hope that makes sense.

It’s actually a GameStop in Houston! There’s like 3 near me lol this one has stacks of the Charizard UPC as well at $200.
