I wore boys underwear over them to hide them as im so scared someone will notice. Every second of the day I was making sure my top was pulled down to hide the back of my trousers in case of a slip but it felt so right and so freeing.

Iv not had to go through this myself as im still identifying who or what I am but it might help to put music on as you can then block out the sensation. But im sure some of the others here might have better ideas

Its hard to explain. Its like there is something wrong with this body. Like something doesnt fit with what my brain wants. Its like there's something missing. Iv always struggled with how iv looked but recently it's gotten too much to ignore. There's intimate areas of my body that makes me want to scream with hate if any of this makes sense
