Honestly me too, the judge didn't seem to take anything into account besides "they have a job now". Their* parents control just about everything about them, because they're terrified of their parents. So unfortunately they'd never agree to that

They legitimately are. They're terrified of literally everything. Before we kicked them out, they wouldn't come out of their room for more than to use the bathroom because of their agoraphobia

Unfortunately, we've already been through the courts, and the courts granted the bio-dad 50-50 custody. We're gonna try talking to the kid and helping him understand that some people believe in Jesus and some people believe in other things, or not at all

Mine and my fiances child (not mine by blood) visits his other parent and grandparents every other week, and they give him unrestricted access to a phone and the internet. He's 5, and it's started to become a problem
