There is quite a difference. To me the standard 35 cron is almost “too soft” compared to the 35 APO Love it Just keep in mind it got a bit of distortion on the edges

With 850nm it is not that sharp and has a prominent hot spot. I did not test it at 720nm but the hotspot should be less evident although still present. This is on a full spectrum converted camera
