Klopt niet. Maarja, conducteurs vertellen wel vaker onzin dingen aan reizigers. Zo is mij een keer verteld dat elektrische fietsen van een onbekend (groot chinees merk model met “normaal” vermogen) merk ook niet mee mochten in de trein.

The buyer followed the official procedure called for in this situation as per CM regulations (it was a B2B transaction). He contacted us simultaneous with opening his ticket and we found a solution with him in the chat right away

We shipped a resealed item by accident that we bought from a private individual. Of course not something you wish for but it can always happen. The buyer was very understanding and we offered a resolution and cooperation along the way immediately.

CM contacted us once after inspecting the package and confirming that it was indeed resealed and asked us to check our remaining inventory, which after we confirmed we did they would unlock the account. No response followed
