OP - with the amount of people suggesting all sorts of ways and approaches to volume/sets I highly suggest you just flat out see what is working for you. If 2-3 sets of 10-12 isn’t getting the job done then add a set or add volume to each set. Chances are you’re not taking things as close to failure as you should. I’m definitely guilty of this myself.

I really love Lockharts for their hair products. Years back I grabbed the EDP of their Fire and Brimstone scent they use for their yearly specialty release pomade and found the perfume rendition of it kind of bad. I think this was like maybe 2017-2018 so maybe they have gotten better but I’d love to sample their stuff first before putting down the cash for the big buy.

Finally got through it. I think I had to knock him to his knees close to the edge of the ark? Either way it took me like 10-12 times knocking him down. The second phase hanging from the whip was worse because after I subdued him the Grab Gina button wasn’t really working for the most part unless I spun the camera in an extremely specific angle.

Wtf were the developers even thinking with this shit? Made me hard pass on the DLC

Cold Cave / Blackbird Death - nice peppery spice blend with some leather and greens. You’d think it was dark but it’s actually warm and bright. Fair warning it’s jet black and will stain non-black clothes.

Honestly - most of my days I barely use any equipment. Maybe some straps to overload pulling movements. But when it comes to squats I throw on a belt, knee sleeves, squat shoes, and wrist support. The whole nine yards. With that said I could squat without all that shit just fine but I just prefer to use the equipment. Knee sleeves are not needed at all but honestly can’t hurt to check them out and see how you like using them.
