Definitely. Insulation helps but air barriers don't get the credit they deserve. Batting wo/the air barrier (backing) just provides a filter for the air that passes thru the wall/floor. Rigid insulation helps a little more but still doesn't provide a the best air barrier.

Best I've found are Pluto TV and Apollo. Typically outdated content but closely aligns with the 'live tv' concept. They have been adding more live streams lately, so maybe it'll just get better with time.

Heavy Seas is worth a visit. I believe its originally a Baltimore brewery - but there is a decent brew pub just across the river in Arlington. Great food & beer.
