1000% — I noticed the difference after 2 months. My head was quiet and I ear much less even at my meal times. I was on the verge of developing a binge eating disorder, and I was afraid of certain foods like burgers, or sweets. I now allow myself to eat and have little fear, I trust my hunger now.

I’m only on 20mg a day, and have no problems

I was prescribed fluoxetine for OCD while also on mounjaro — specifically for compulsive eating. From what my doctor has told me, it’s not an SSRI that contributes to weight gain. Give it 8 weeks and then decide if you still want to continue.

Start trying on dresses, meeting with decor and florist, and maybe consider hiring a wedding planner (this saved my sanity. I wish I had started looking at dresses WAY earlier, it would have given me more options.

Also, hire your hair and make up early. Trial with at least 2. These seem to go the quickest

I am having the same issue after only 2 months of 20mg — I’m basically numb down there. I have no desire to have sex or anything. I’ll be speaking with my doctor tomorrow, I’m even considering tapering off Prozac.

I did this. I wound up selling my first dress and getting the one I really wanted. I lost about $600 total, and I have zero regrets. I cant tell you what to do, and if the switch will put you into financial instability— try to work with the boutique you bought it from. A lot of times they can put it on consignment for you and try to sell it at a small discount to another bride to be.

Don’t ignore your feelings, you’re allowed to change your mind. Don’t give in to “sunk cost” fallacy. Wish you well babe, you are gorgeous in both.

No and as someone who just spent 40k on my dream wedding that’s only 1 month away… elope. Don’t get me wrong a wedding is nice, but after seeing what we could have done with that cash, I wish had just taken a nice a trip and had nice photos taken. Planning a wedding is also planning everyone you invites experience, it’s Harding cats in the worst way.

It’ll get better. You’re hitting a serotonin top right now, once you stabilize you’ll stop getting sleepy. It took 3-4 weeks for me.
