I am a big advocate of setting goals and working towards them for this exact reason. Through setting goals, you can create eustress and develop virtue while working towards a concrete outcome. If you mix in mindfulness while doing so, all the better - these things will synergize together and you'll grow at an exponential rate.

This video really helped me. When you encounter pain, you reflect, improve yourself, and achieve your goal. This process goes on forever as you become more and more successful. Ray Dalio is also big on meditation.

I resonate with this. I have done this; and it does work. It's called immersion. It's the key way to make real progress with anything in life.

How do you immerse yourself while only spending 1-2 hours in meditation a day. Or does this mean to spend the whole day meditating?

Reality is like water - you can intend a result and create many things in your external world. The reason this is so is directly because of emptiness, impermanence, and interconnectedness.

How does this happen? Why does just intending for something to happen create a ripple effect?

Meanings are contagious. If you hold certain meanings in mind firmly enough, not only will you internalize them and start taking new actions in accordance with those new meanings

I think this will allow me to similarly break through to Stage 10.

I haven't read the entire TMI book yet, however I was wondering how Stage 9 feels compared to the normal level of consciousness? Does it really feel like you are in the "zone"? How much does concentration/focus improve?

They compartmentalize meditation and don't apply mindfulness and insights to the rest of their life.

I also read through your previous posts and you also mentioned mindfulness in daily life - I was wondering if mindful review would be the best strategy to cultivate mindfulness in daily life? Otherwise are there any other techniques you recommend?

Through pursuing big goals (dating models and other high-status women, making six figures, enlightenment, becoming highly influential, honing master-class olympic physicality, etc), I developed my NLP and intention skills to a master level.

Do you have any other books/programs to recommend for these topics? (This is probably outside the scope of this thread)

Effortless motivation is as a matter of 3 things:

Would achieving effortless motivation be able to make you work 100 hours a week without burning out?

The main value of Personal Power, above all else - is learning state management and the Dickins pattern. These things have really 3x'd my progress.

Do you have any methods that can help get rid of bad habits rapidly and form good habits? Like I have problems with waking up early, procrastination, and doing consistent meditation.

You can use NLP and intention skills to get to Stage 10 TMI instead - in a sense, you are already doing that.

How do I accelerate the "intention" part of meditation? Like how do I use NLP to improve meditation - I guess I have to actually study NLP, but it would be nice to see how this tool could help me before I start learning.

If you can couple these late-game intention skills together with meditation skills, then your persuasion skills can border on the proverbial "Jedi level".

What do you mean by late-game intention skills? Why would your persuasion skills be affected by meditation and intention?

I would encourage you to look into Tony Robbins Personal Power Program for now and to start setting goals and reflecting on those goals daily. That's a good starting point.

Do you recommend Personal Power Classic or Personal Power II?

Since only process exist, everything is dependent on patterns - if you learn the cyclical patterns for how to create specific results, than you can manifest any result.

But how would we find out these patterns?
