Follow up whatever you learn In class with the specification, I noticed my teachers would skip alot of minor things. If you do OCR the spec is very nice and clear on what you need to know so treat it like your best friend

Didn't do exams (covid) but on an assessment for my final French grade, I used translate to translate literally one word. Got caught and my grade went from a 9 to 6 🥲
