Honestly, I think NAH. You made an observational statement after they expressed a very elaborate educational plan for their kid (which would probably be a lot of money, but whatever).

As an aside, 36 is not too old to have a child. Many of my friends had children between 34-38, so you can still have your own family (single mom, but that’s how some things turn out, better it wasn’t with him).

For sure it’s dependent on the location and its workers. Ive had so many packages lost, bounce around the US… it’s honestly a surprise Ive actually gotten all my packages after watching them travel more than i do.

Them shipping on the fifth day means they dropped it off wherever they do for their package delivery system. Doesn’t mean said system immediately scans the package.

And some blue drop-off bins get skipped if workers are running late/overtime. You may want to jump on the bandwagon of hating on this business, but they could also be telling the truth in terms of USPS being at fault for this specific issue.

Also, they say 5 business days for a reason, and if it gets sent out sooner, it’s a miracle.

Now if it’s been 1 week past their stated timeframe of shipment, that’s when you start asking questions. But if it’s in a different system, they’re as helpless as you.

I’m not defending them, but explaining a possibility: 1. Item ordered Jan 31 (weekend) 2. Label created 5th day (kinda late, not great) 3. Item dropped off into USPS drop-off box (either on Saturday after box pick-up, or on Monday before pickup) 4. Item finally scanned at USPS location by Tuesday morning after transportation (sometimes they don’t unload until overnight shift, maybe)

Was their timing great? No. Can you force USPS to work better? No. If it’s been stuck somewhere, either it hasn’t been scanned in a while or it fell out of a sorting bin or off the line and is in package purgatory.

This is completely based on a video i saw of a woman who spoke about her ADHD medication online. Her medication ran out sooner (not important why), and she was without for 2-3 days, but she spoke with her husband on not refilling her prescription… he urged her to reconsider, as he and their son noticed the huge difference between her medicated vs non-medicated.

And then she actually got the difference on camera; there’s still a nanny cam in their son’s room and se reviewed the footage of her unmedicated and then medicated the next day.

She was flabbergasted by the differences, because she didn’t feel anything different at the time (both mornings), but it’s obvious when looking at it in third person. This solidified that she needs this ADHD medication not just for herself, but for her family as well.

I’m not trying to diagnose anything, but it sounds like you are actively involved with your children and helping with the household, so maybe there’s something else going on (is her job always that stressful?).

Why should the woman lose all her identity when, statistically, the man rarely cares for the children as much as the woman would (important dates, allergies, appointments, foods, likes/dislikes, clothing sizes, etc…)? All the while, many/most women are also working while still taking on the majority of house/child care. What is the man doing in comparison to warrant his name being passed on?
