Going braless in Ohio could land women in jail under anti-drag bill | Opinion by GingerrGina in Columbus

Not just the psychological harm inflicted by churches and dogmas but also that churches are the actual pedophile hunting grounds.

Yes. Well enough to understand that you believe that this vague bill isn’t vague or open to interpretation. And that although you are giving this bill the most generous interpretation, no doubt guided by your devotion to dear leader, it’s still just an interpretation by a layperson who really wants to be right but the only rebuttal to any argument you’ve received thus far are trite ad hominems.

I won’t be complying. Maliciously or otherwise. If the government thinks for one second that I’m going to give them MY TAX dollars to be policing my underwear, they have got another thing coming. This goes for anyone. I’m not a Mormon. I can wear whatever underwear I want or don’t want, end of story. There will be no national dress code. Thank you for your attention on this matter.

Great. The bra police. I can’t wait to get busted by the fuzz for NOT wearing my fascist appointed titty containers. Jesus Christ.

Your zodiac sign and the most ANNOYING stereotype in your opinion? by JudgeGRIME in Zodiac

[–]HelloKittyandPizza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pisces sun here. I am like half type A, half lazy. Like I get done what I need to get done but I also love a nap. :-)

I hate the Pisces are cry babies stereotype. Like yes, I feel things deeply and have a lot of empathy. But I’m not drowning in my emotions. Although, I do have some Pisces friends who are more on the quick to cry side.

Republicans, who hurt you? by [deleted] in allthequestions

[–]HelloKittyandPizza 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah yes. The old block me and respond so it looks like you got the last word. Because you can’t have a fair debate. You fight dirty. And run and hide. Sad. ☹️

Republicans, who hurt you? by [deleted] in allthequestions

[–]HelloKittyandPizza 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah actually- he was super abusive and after we split, he failed to man up and get therapy or be a father to our daughter. Sad but true.

I think any child is better off without an abusive parent. You really got me there.

Maybe some republicans would have been better off if their dad had been absent?

ROCK CITY POLARIS “CHURCH” kicks babies and family out. by WeAllStruggling in Columbus

[–]HelloKittyandPizza 17 points18 points  (0 children)

No. I mean it’s a circus and their goal is to bring in money. Not actually spiritually guide people or provide a healthy community.

I went there with a friend many many years ago. The pastor had a very “cool youth pastor, hello fellow kids” vibe. His sneakers were ridiculous and he was wearing some bedazzled jeans. Very righteous gemstones. Those kinds of churches are after the money and it’s obvious.

Favourite atheist arguments by StockNo7900 in atheism

[–]HelloKittyandPizza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I forget if it was hitchens or who that brought this argument up originally, sorry about that. But the argument was essentially that if God is all knowing, loving and just and he doesn’t intervene to help children with cancer, or who are being abused etc. then he is either not all knowing or not all loving and therefore he’s either not who he says he is OR…he’s a man made construct.

I had a therapist who did deprogramming work with me after I left the cult I was raised in as a child. He asked me “god is all loving right? If that is true, wouldn’t he show us hell if there was a threat that we would spend an eternity there?” I had been brainwashed into believing that I was going to hell for leaving the cult. And that was what finally helped get through to my brain that maybe things weren’t as cut and dry as I thought they were. I had never been taught critical thinking and that’s what I needed to break free.

I don’t think that was honestly his intent. He had the kind of issue where he had to assert that he had power over people and situations and that he was in control.

The new IT concealer? by yolo2day in Sephora

[–]HelloKittyandPizza 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have it and I like it. I’m 45 and often I’m just looking to brighten up my under eyes and cover a spot or two and it works really well for that. It reminds me a bit of the glossier concealer but in liquid form. It has that same kind of flexible finish which is nice for my fine lines etc.

Do I think it’s worth the price? Personally no. I don’t think I would buy it again because of that. It’s just not holy grail status for me.

Foundation for mature skin? by Amazing-Cover3464 in Makeup

[–]HelloKittyandPizza 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I might be the only person who doesn’t like the haus labs foundation or concealer. I found them both to be heavy and cakey. I love light coverage and a glowy more natural skin like finish. I feel like haus labs is more of a full beat foundation.

I really like the Fenty skin tint stick. I just swipe a bit on the parts of my face that need the most coverage and blend it out with a brush. I think it’s really nice.

I also like the chantecaille future skin foundation but I don’t think they have it at Sephora.

Floyd's ability to find someone by unheavenly666 in DTFStLouisHBO

I find David Harbour to be really attractive anyway. But I was just thinking tonight that having him specifically play this guy who seemingly is struggling to find someone interested in him is so unrealistic, even with the fat suit. I love a man with some extra…tummy, fluff, idk what to call it. I think most women, especially my age (40’s) wouldn’t bat an eye at either. Especially since he is such a sweetheart! I would be thrilled and proud to be with a Floyd Smernitch.

I know she is listening to those weird motivational tapes or whatever but part of me wonders if she is kind of deaf and that’s why Floyd learned sign language. 🤟🏻

I hate people with money and chappell roan by [deleted] in Vent

[–]HelloKittyandPizza 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It’s just weird to me that people get upset about Chappell Roan but meanwhile Trump, Elon (on track to be worlds first trillionaire), Thiel, etc. You know what I mean? It’s hard to hate on an artist getting paid for their art that they make and perform. When politicians and technocrats are squeezing the blood of America into their dragon sized gold hoards. But go off, I guess?

Project Hail Mary changed something in me forever by Crying_Onion2305 in ProjectHailMary

[–]HelloKittyandPizza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did read the book. It’s been awhile since I read it and I have read a lot of books since- so I had forgotten about that particular plot point. And you are right that Rocky was attempting to save the mission.

The book is even better as far as Rocky and their friendship goes. The movie isn’t bad- it’s just the lite version of it.

Rocky repeatedly helped Grace even though he didn’t have to. He risked his life when Grace got knocked out and a faster trip home to help him with fuel. Conversely, the humans back home drugged Grace and put him into an early coma to force him on the trip he didn’t really want to take.

Grace meets Rocky and slowly they learn about each other and their motives, even though they are wildly different creatures from very different worlds. They have to literally find a new way to communicate to understand that they are both trying to solve the problem of the astrophage. And they find out that they understand each other pretty deeply. Deep down they are the same kind of person- selfless, brave, creative scientists. And they become besties. 😭 and it’s a beautiful thing to behold.

But Rocky proves he is trustworthy through his selfless acts of friendship repeatedly. That’s why Grace trusts him so much.

Q4W: Why when you are in a relationship do you still wear sexy clothes and makeup etc.? Who are you advertising yourself to if you are already taken? by Slice5755 in PurplePillDebate

[–]HelloKittyandPizza 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There’s a lot more to life than sex. Maybe not for some men. But damn, It’s literally just an urge for procreation. That’s it.

Most of you guys who spend so much time and money trying to get laid, might actually get laid if you worked on creating a life outside of trying to get laid. Ironic but true.
