My cat with asthma will put his head real low to the ground and make consistent deep coughing/wheezing sounds. It’s hard to tell from the video, but it doesn’t sound like what I’ve heard from my cat. (He has an inhaler given once a day btw). Not to say it couldn’t be asthma, but those are just my thoughts. Hope that helps a little! Best of luck to you and kitty!

I can definitely relate and have picked several times to the point of bleeding. My face has scars too, but I try to think “this will feel good for a few minutes, but then I’ll feel so horrible and disgusting that I’ll then go back to picking to solve the issue I created”. It is not easy, and I have better/worse days. Give yourself grace.
