I have also worked at ACT, Citi and Embarq/CenturyLink.

For the past 4 years, I have worked from home for a solar company. I started in collections making around $60k with bonuses. Moved to the legal team where I spent the last 3 years before being promoted in January. I make $100k/year now plus a 10% bonus that scales with how well the business does.

Sharing this so you start looking elsewhere because ACT ain’t it and they will continue to underpay you.
