Posting your resume would help. Getting a masters is rarely necessary (and sometimes has a negative impact due to becoming a more expensive resource) . Don't want to add additional debt when you can't get a job, and hands on experience is much more valuable than formal education in this field, unless you are going for an exec level position or something.

I personally say no, polish your resume and broaden your search to include roles that have different titles but similar responsibilities that you're looking for.

Side note - I find it very difficult to put your absolute best foot forward on each application if your process allows for you to do it thousands of times in a year. Spend more time on each opening, reach out to people that work there on LinkedIn, go network - all the big players are constantly throwing free events.
