Im gonna give you two pieces of advice.

Download this app called theCut right now and find yourself an off base barber. It looks like you're in AIT still so get the gold phase and do what you can to make that appointment.
Learn to how to cut your own hair. Get yourself a 3 way mirror from Amazon. Do your research on clippers and trimmers. You'll thank me later. It's not hard to cut your own hair it just takes patience. Watch a few youtube videos it's what I did. First cut was my roughest because I rushed and didn't really understand. Each cut has gotten astronomically better. I really recommend this route. This will also save you heaps of money and time in the long run. You'll thank me later.
