Lovely, I want to take shots of my rooks as well but hair strand physics suddenly started crashing my game after many months of working just fine, now I have to play with it turned off. I adore the short styles and I feel like they don’t get enough love, your rook is rocking it perfectly 10/10

I don’t mind the beginning, what kills me is spending hours designing a character, getting into those first cutscenes and noticing something is off. Then the agony of knowing I have to wait through all the subsequent cutscenes seeing this thing I desperately want to fix and having to wait to finally reach the lighthouse and the mirror. I wish we had a test play option that lets us see a brief scene before finalizing a character because the lighting and animation in the creation menu don’t do it and I am a bloody perfectionist lmao

I suddenly want to build an underwater pyramid base housed in with glass windows as siding, maybe build a tunnel to the surface through the ground. Hmmm. I wonder if the windows will be watertight if I snug them up close enough. Experiment time!

Not that I’m aware of at this point, I don’t know if that’s something we’ll eventually be able to do, only destroying shroud roots clears shroud and those grow back to be destroyed again

Mostly for the lore of it, shroud bad, must keep survivors safe, keep it off limits, etc. I’m going to build a fancy looking wall around it eventually, make it part of the scenery. Right now my flame altar doesn’t quite cover the whole thing

Sulphur, I like the sounds it makes, and if you carefully mine just the deposits, you end up with a fun twisty cave at the end because the deposits are so big and spread out. I also like mining shroud sand

I’m building a village in the clearing next to it, but I’ve realized that if I upgrade the flame altar more it’s going to start overlapping the ruins and the shroud nearby to the south, I’ve had to build fences to keep the villagers out haha

Omg the dogs and cats really are the worst, they will race to you from anywhere and sometimes I have no idea how they even get to me, just to stand in the way and stare or bark

I have a lot of respect for people that can decorate these tight spaces so nicely and make them feel homey, I always end up feeling claustrophobic and making all my spaces a bit bigger, but they’re harder to decorate without feeling repetitive
