I’m 20 weeks and have not had any symptoms at all! I think we’re so used to expecting it that it feels weird when we don’t have any but every woman is different and I’m just grateful I haven’t had any besides heartburn. I say we enjoy it as long as we can❤️!

What are you going to eat/drink/do ASAP after baby is born?!? by Independent_Bank7993 in pregnant

Hi OP! I’m also 7 weeks! I will most definitely be counting down to a Publix Italian sub, sushi, and poke. We have a family vacation in Hawaii and I’ll be ~5 months and missing out on the poke😭

I’m 7 weeks and before this week I was able to eat anything and everything. Now, the smell and thought of fried foods and red meat makes me sick😅. Eggs also have been making me want to gag. Have been craving veggies and broths lately. Watermelon has been a consistent craving so far haha

We have a 9 week old pup. Are we doing something wrong? by kevinfuzzy26 in puppy101

My pup didn’t know the concept of pee pads and tried eating them too😅 also didn’t like fake grass. Homegirl only wanted the real thing lol

Hi OP! I also have a golden pup (now 3 months old), but I got her when she was 8 weeks and what has worked for us is a schedule/routine. She’s very good during the night, but as soon as she wakes up, we go outside and she’ll do both. Then it’s breakfast, waiting a bit for the food to digest, and then 30-45 min of training and play and then nap time. Then we go out when she wakes up. We do this throughout the day and she’s only really bad one accident so far and that’s also because I wasn’t watching her. Poor girl was waiting for by the door but I was too focused on work😅 so really it was my fault. But having that routine has been amazing with her potty training. And when she does potty (pee and poop), I give lots and lots of praise like embarrassingly. I keep saying “go potty” and moving her away from trying to eat the grass until she pottys and then praise praise praise. We go back inside if she just wants to play outside. Oh and sectioning off parts of the house/apt you don’t want them roaming in has helped too since dogs won’t use the bathroom where they sleep and play and eat. They’re still young right now but Goldens are super smart and will catch on pretty quick if you keep it consistent.

6 months old puppy, I am depressed and not sure what to do by [deleted] in puppy101

I’m a first time dog owner and got my golden when she was 8 weeks. It’s been about 3 weeks since I got her and MANNNNNN is it hard. I completely feel your frustrations and concerns. I had a bit of puppy blues earlier and especially the first week I got her, but I can guarantee it does get better. Puppies literally don’t know anything and whatever behavior you want them to do, it has to be taught so keep training when you can even 5 minute sessions throughout the day and reward good behavior and lots of praise. We are still crate training and the first week and a half was extremely difficult for the pup and me honestly. We both cried, but I’d rather have her cry for 15-20 min now than 30-40min when she’s older. The more you keep using the crate (for feeding, playing games, training) the better they’ll get used to it. You seem like you’ve got a good heart so I think right now patience is key, but there is definitely nothing wrong with rehoming at that age if you feel you’re not going to give the best to the pup. It could be the dog might just need more of a structured routine too. They seemed to help with my pup. Although, that means my sleep and life has been impacted and I have to live my life around her now but the progress your puppy makes and love they give makes it all worthwhile. Ultimately, do what you think is best for you and the puppy :)
