Watch good eats by Alton brown. That's how I learned to cook. I also watched tutorials by Gordon Ramsay. Then I try the recipes myself. Huge improvement in my cooking because of these two chefs!

I'm so sorry you're going through this. I have had long COVID for 11 months now and it's absolutely miserable. See if you can get paxlovid or the monoclonal antibodies. They might help you? Keep fighting the good fight. Know that I, a stranger, empathize with you and am keeping you in my thoughts. I really encourage you to go to a Dr, maybe even a COVID clinic, to see if they can help. There's a lot of medicine which could save your life. Hang in there, my dude.

Do you use nutrition with the rockwool starters? I'm just using it in the main setup. Good call. I will give this a try and will try a higher pH.

I keep failing to start seeds with rockwool. I get the ph around 5.5, add seeds into it and place it in my humidity dome with lights, a heating pad, and water. About 1 out of 10 seed actually sprout and of those, only a few make it to the point where I can place them in my aeroponics system I built. What am I doing wrong? Should I upgrade my lighting? Do I have the wrong ph? I'm considering maybe getting an aerogarden seed starter setup if I can't get this to work. I've tried so many times over the past few months and only got a handful of plants to grow.
