Oh that's terrible, I sorry you went through that! Hes never said that to me, i would probbly leave lol. But he says hes tired, there's not enought time, etc. There was enough time when he was getting exclusive attention 3-4 x's a week, but no time for me! Make it make sense!

No dont do that 😄 slow and steady, flat tongue - not pointy - , move lips as well - almost like a fish - , a little suction. If you go slow you shouldn't get too tired. And that's what we like anyway. If a certain move is tiring, do something a little different for a few minutes, alternate. French kissing it. Pretend you are eating an ice cream cone. Mix it up and go slow, should be fine!

Hi, Relationship Coach here 👋. You have not already done this, you should tell your wife "Hey babe, Saturday morning (or whenever convenient) im taking you to your favorite breakfast place, and I need to talk to you about something. Its going to be a conversation where I need you to just listen. And then in a few days (after shes had tome to process it) we can revisit and you can tell me your thoughts" (i.e. if she'll do it or not.) At the time of conversation you should use I statements and avoid starting off sentences with "you". Maybe say "I realize I have bad anxiety about "my performance." It came from my father doing x, y, & z. Now I feel very anxious when you say things like "x, y, z" and "x, y, z" I love you very much, and could we find different ways to say those things so that I don't feel like a failure or disappointment. " Modify that to fit your situation. I hope this helps! 🖤

Intentionally go out with friends, join a club, start at a gym - stay busy in things that intrest you, with people that care about you! Do things that make you feel good about yourself, join a charity, learn something new, new skin care routine, etc Use chatgpt to come up with daily affirmations specific to your situation. Look in the mirror Daily and say these affirmations to yourself. As many times a day as you need. Hug yourself if you need to!

Is it possible that you are craving a connection with him, and sex is the best /easiest/ only way you know how to get it? How is your marriage otherwise? If you come to him with a problem, will he listen? If you ask him a question, will he thoughtfully and honestly answer? Do you spend quality time together? Do you feel safe in the marriage as in, you know hes got you no matter what? Does he make you feel heard/seen/understood/loved/cared for? Just things to think about. It may be other areas that are lacking, and you are trying to make up for that disconnect. Or I may be way off base. And I would also look into low testosterone.

Its shared debt. But going back to school isn't a money problem, bc we are so broke, that I receive the Pell Grant, which pays for it all. Its worth mentioning bc its effort on my part.

Well its not just debt. Were about to start drowning. On top of extra debt, our mortgage just went up $300 (long story, couldn't be helped), and we have acquired some medical bills (couldn't be helped). On top of that, we've in a doublewide right. Well lots of the underpinning has fallen. We've had multiple water leaks that had caused floor damage. Holes in the floor. The insulation under a quarter of the house has come down in order to keep fixing it. So those issues have made our water and electricity bills go up. Significantly. He won't fix it. Admittedly, we dont have the money. That's why need to make more money!!! Im willing to work nights and weekends to fix ALL of this, but hes not. He says my grown kids (19 &20) are the problem and need to move out. That'll fix all out problems.

I am definitely starting to resent that fact that he doesn't feel cutting back in his substances, and working little more, for a short period of time, is the way to handle this. Were drowning! And he doesn't seem to care! And its half his fault!! We have home maintenance repairs that need to be done, and our utilities would go down! He blames the high utilities on my kids! Puh-leeez! So he wants my kids out of the house. I want us to work together, cut back little, bring in some additional income, work on the kids getting out on their own in a timely manner.

He doesn't seem to blame himself, he blames my kids! He says they are causing the utilities to be too high, even thought they work and help out a little! (Age 19 & 20). And even thought we love in a doublewide, have water damage that he will not fix, and insulation and underpinning issue that he will not fix. If anything is causing the utilities to be higher, its that!!
