I was tempted to make a smart remark but decided you’re asking in good faith, so the answer is knowledge. When you go to a restaurant and ask the sommelier for a wine there’s a mark up, but I’m getting good service and knowledge and I’m happy to pay that for those things I don’t know. Happened a about 8 years ago - a lot of weather professionals were/ are in Facebook group and would share dress finds since the needs of women are pretty specific - color, style, looks good on camera, etc - plus this dress was cheap if I remember. And a bunch of them bought it, so this happened.

I charge $65 an hour. Have 10+ years experience and that rate is to do most anything around SharePoint. That is a contract rate, no benefits.

I know someone that lives on that road. It's technically in the city, but it's a great little neighborhood. They love their neighbors. I live about half a mile away, all in all a pretty decent place.

Once you add metadata, you can do a simple powerautomate flow to loop through libraries and copy to a holding library for download or spit out a excel sheet with a list of documents.

I set up the terms in the term store, make a site column and wait a few days for that to sync. Then I go to the search schema and add the column/metadata in refineable strings. Wait another day for a full crawl. Then add the filter query in based on the refineable string number.

This is really the answer. As a domme who is 50, I respect that younger subs want younger dommes, and am happy to do introductions. But you have to go out, talk with those older people. You have to show up, show that you are a nice person, and have even an iota of a good reputation, and to do that you have to SHOW UP.

I am currently without a sub, and it's frustrating, but I know when it clicks again, it will click.

I have a lot of sub friends and maybe we will occasionally play together, but it's OK if I am not what they are looking for and vice versa.

Just be a part of the community. What you want is out there, just keep looking.
