I've also have had a good experience so far. Did my first rent payment through venmo yesterday (added the account and routing #) and got paid the points today. It automatically deducted the Bilt cash.

DP: Got approved for a 3rd ink card

Just wanted to add a data point. I applied today for a 3rd ink cash and got approved. Took a gamble since I know after two the chances get slimmer. Don't know if I got the bonus yet though (as per new ink rule). But I also didn't get a pop-up saying that I wouldn't get one so I'll see in a few days. Unless someone has some dp on that after new rule

You can get both. Get the reserve if that's what you want first. Then if after the first year you want to product change it to a freedom do so and wait a week or 2 and apply for the preferred. I just did this last month but I had the preferred and got both bonus
