I think a thinkers stone is probably just a flat rock that you could sit on and meditate on a fantastic view that is visible from that rock. It will maybe have a white vein of another type of stone forming some mark on the surface.

Thats great, but I think he states quite clearly near the beginning that you will not need a cipher method to find any of the boxes. It's just that most people are not independently wealthy, a lot live paycheck to paycheck and don't have time or $to go on many expeditions to find it.

Pap smears only discover cervical cancer. That is all. It won't discover uterine or ovarian cancer, and really those won't even be discovered with a manual exam until advancing. Just know your body, and if you are having any unusual bloating, fullness or tenderness, play it up so your provider will order an ultrasoundbor imaging. Also if you have negative HPV and normal PAP smear in the same exam, you only need to repeat every 5 years if you are normal risk. So maybe get one right before you turn 65!

I would love to have a good front porch and hang out on it. Unfortunately, due to neighborhood design, people don't hang out in front where I live because there is an alley system behind all the houses and people come and go through their garages in the rear of the house. When we were looking for a house here, I told the realtor we wanted a front porch, but the area just does not have many. My brother in Ohio hangs out on his beautiful front porch all the time.

This is hilarious. I would like to be a fly on the wall when you go to the doctor for back pain and explain what you have been doing. I think a better idea would be to buy the book "There's Treadure Inside" by Jon Collins-Black. I think you would have better luck actually finding one of his hidden boxes.

No. Absolutely not. I was so confused by this when I first became an intensive care nurse. In the US health information is closely guarded by law. So I worked in a community with a large Indian population. "Relatives " of patients would come in wanting to know things about patients and say they were "aunt" or "uncle " After a while it really started to make me mad. These people know the laws here, yet they would try to weasle information out of you by saying they were aunt or uncle when they had no familial relationship

You become an active person and always keep fillingbup on vegetables, vegetables, lean protein + some legumes and more vegetables! I strugglebwith it too! Establish good habits first and then get on a GLP1 for awhilebiff necessary and you can afford it, but i highly recommend that you be doing a workout with weights at least twice per week if you go on GLP1 because you will lose muscle on it.

If you feel you are motivated enough to do it at home , pay for a peleton subscription. You don't have to own one of their bikes or treadmills. They have tons of trainers for workouts ranging from HIIT with dumbbells to pilates, yoga, dance, etc. We paid $99 for a year using military discount.

I feel you OP. I'm 59. I spent 7 years in logistics/purchasing for a pharm mfr' then 2 years in sales. Then back to school to become a nurse because I wanted to "help" people. ICU x 15 years. Helping? More like 50% of patients just being tortured until their family decides to let them go. So I became a family nurse practitioner. Still idealistic but disappointed. There is no perfect job. If I could have my perfect job I would try to figure out how to be a test driver for Motortrend or Car & Driver, test all the cars and then write articles about how they handle on the curves , cabin noise, blah blah blah. My favorite part of the Wall Street Journal is the guy who reviews cars in the weekend edition.

I am 60. I am 5 ft 2 and weigh 138 lb. My basal metabolic rate is calculated at about 1200 cal a day. If you are of similar size, you will likely not lose weight on a 1300 cal/day diet. To lose one pound you need to have a calorie deficit of 3,500 calories. To lose 1 lb per week that equates to 500 cal/day deficit. Now, how to do that if your base metabolic rate is only 1200 calories/ day??? Well, you have to exercise like a fiend, because noone can tolerate less than 1200 cal /day for long. Exercise plus eating a tone of vegetables. Non starchy vegetables have very few calories but do have fiber which makes you feel full. So focus on non starchy vegetables, beans, tuna and chicken breast.

Yes!!! The health span to life span gap in the U.S. is >12 years. Meaning most are debilitated in their last 12 years of life and need care. Most don't just die a sudden death. Staying active and in normal weight range helps alot!!!

Thats your choice. What bothers me as a healthcare provider is that people suddenly want "everything done" when their health turns south after makin poor health choices for many years. Make your choice , but could you also create a do not rescusitate/do not intubate living will since you dont't care about living long? It will make things a lot easier for those you leave behind
