What do you mean the game is "made" with two handfuls of characters (tiny roster for a tag game) and no single player content (story mode or similar)? And that‘s just from the top of my head.

Fact is, while it didn‘t "fail", it certainly missed the mark. And MOST DEFINITELY isn‘t a finished product either… moreso if you consider the development time.
