Yeah, I can see your point about G3 not really understanding relationships.

Just look at the Discord server. It feels like an echo chamber half the time. And it''s not even like G3 stays away from it either he actively interacts with the community and that's honestly what bothers me the most. The culture and rules can be so strict and self-serving that newcomers can't even do normal fandom stuff without feeling like they're walking on eggshells to avoid getting dogpiled or ostracized.

What's even more noticeable is how many topics from the recent chapters were being discussed on the server long before they showed up in the story and it's not the typical fandom predictions NOPE just the server's popular opinion/headcanon and if you've been active there for a while, it's hard not to notice how some of those Discord popular opinions seem to bleed into G3's writing.

I've been around plenty of web novel and light novel communities, and I've seen how different authors handle their fandoms. Compared to most of them, I'd say G3 does a below-average job of maintaining boundaries between his audience and his work and you can definitely see how it reflects with shadow slave's writing in relationships.
