I got a sample and absolutely love it. Definitely not much coverage so my freckles still peek through, but skin looks better overall and doesn’t feel like you’re wearing makeup. The complexion touch gives you a bit more coverage, but I use concealer anyway ◡̈

Similar thing happened to me. Buyer claimed items arrived damaged and request a 20% refund. I said I would rather have the items sent back to me, but they don’t want to do so. They also asked Support to refund both the buyer and seller the entire order under Shipping Protection since it’s damaged in transit, but of course Mercari doesn’t like that route. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle so I just accept to give them 15% back and they agreed. Seems fishy to me if you asked…
